APM Warranty Request

Submit a warranty claim for an APM part. Provide the failed part’s identifying information, describe the failure in as much detail as possible, and attach photos showing the damage. The Lion Power team will review and follow up.

Failed part

Part number * Part description * Quantity defective * Quantity OK If part was received in a batch, how many of the batch are still good.

Failure details

Date the failure occurred * Where in the system * Which rack / cradle / charger / hive position the part is installed in.

How was the failure detected * e.g. error code on HMI, smoke, audible noise, intermittent operation, routine inspection. Problem description * What happened, when it started, what was the system doing at the time, what has been tried since.

Photos of the damaged part

Attach at least one photo. Multiple photos are encouraged — close-up of the damage, wide shot showing the part in context, photo of the part’s label / serial number. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC. Maximum 25 MB total across all photos.
